Patient Concierge Services Bali | Full Care-Coordination

What we are. Bali Patient Concierge provides
logistics, interpretation and care-coordination support. We are
not a hospital and do not provide medical diagnosis or
treatment.
Always consult a licensed physician.

Our
Bali Patient Concierge Services: Arrival to Recovery

Our patient concierge services in Bali cover the entire
non-clinical journey of a hospital visit — airport medical transfer,
hospital admission, bedside interpretation, insurance and billing
liaison, and post-discharge recovery care — delivered across every major
hospital on the island by bilingual coordinators who stay at your
side.
You can book the full journey or a single service. This
page details exactly what is included in each, who it suits, and how to
begin.

A patient concierge in Bali is, in plain terms, a
professional advocate who removes friction so you can focus on getting
well. We don’t make medical decisions; we make sure the system around
your care runs smoothly and that nothing is lost in translation. To
start, request a concierge or message

The full service menu

Below are the five core coordination services. Each links to a
dedicated page where you can read the detail, see common scenarios, and
understand limits.

1. Airport
medical transfer & arrival assistance

We meet arriving patients at Ngurah Rai (DPS) airport — or coordinate
an ambulance for a stretcher case — and move you safely to the hospital.
This includes wheelchair assistance, a vehicle matched to your mobility,
oxygen-capable transport where pre-arranged through a licensed provider,
and a coordinator who handles the airport-to-ward handover. Full detail:
Airport-to-Hospital Medical
Transfer
.

2. Hospital admission
assistance

The check-in process for foreign patients can be the most stressful
30 minutes of the whole trip. We guide you through registration, explain
deposit and guarantee-of-payment expectations, help you choose a ward
class that fits your budget, and translate every form before you sign.
Full detail: Hospital
Admission Assistance
.

3. Medical interpretation

A certified EN/ID medical interpreter for consultations, ward rounds,
diagnosis discussions, and — critically — informed-consent
conversations. Accurate interpretation is a patient-safety issue, not a
luxury. Full detail: Medical
Interpreters at Bali Hospitals
.

4. Insurance & billing
liaison

We coordinate with your travel-insurance provider on guarantees of
payment (cashless where possible), assemble the documents hospitals
require, and walk you through every line of the final bill. Full detail:
Insurance & Billing
Liaison
.

5. Post-surgery & recovery
care

Discharge planning, recovery accommodation near your hospital, and
qualified home nursing for wound care, medication management, and
mobility support. Full detail: Post-Surgery Recovery Care.

How the services
connect — the journey sequence

These services are designed to hand off cleanly to one another,
mirroring a real patient’s path:

Arrival → Admission → Interpretation → Billing →
Recovery.

For an emergency arrival, that might mean an ambulance transfer,
rapid admission with us translating, interpretation through the acute
phase, insurance liaison once you’re stable, and recovery support before
you fly home. For a planned procedure, we sequence the same stages
around your appointment date. You decide how much of the chain you want
us to hold.

Choose a full journey
or a single service

You need… Engage us for…
Everything handled, start to finish Full journey coordination (all five stages)
Just to get from the airport to hospital safely Airport medical transfer only
Someone to translate at the bedside Medical interpretation only
Help with insurance and a confusing bill Billing & insurance liaison only
Care after discharge Recovery & home nursing only

There is no minimum. If you only need one stage, that’s what you pay
for. We quote in writing before any work begins.

What our services do
not include

Being transparent about limits is part of being a trustworthy patient
advocate:

  • We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or give medical
    advice.
Those are the responsibility of your licensed treating
    physician.
  • We do not recommend specific procedures or steer you toward
a particular hospital for our gain.
    We are hospital-neutral and
take no commissions. Our Bali Hospitals
    Guide
    is a neutral reference.
  • We are not an insurance company and cannot
guarantee a claim will be approved — we can only help you submit it
    correctly.
  • We are not an emergency medical service. In a
life-threatening emergency, call 118 (ambulance) or
112 first. See Medical Emergency in
    Bali: What to Do
    .

Who these services are for

Our services suit solo travellers with no one on the ground, families
coordinating a relative’s care from overseas, older travellers wanting a
safety net, insurance case managers needing trusted local hands, and
planned-procedure patients who want the logistics handled
professionally. If you’re unsure whether your situation fits, just ask —
the consultation to find out is free.

Why coordinate through
a qualified team

A patient concierge is only as good as the people behind it. Bali
Patient Concierge is founded and overseen by Dr. Maya Anggraini,
MD
, a Bali-born physician with 12 years inside hospital
international-patient desks and a certified medical interpreter,
supported by an in-house RN care team that reviews our protocols. We
have coordinated thousands of journeys. Read about our standards on Trust & Accreditation and our team
on the About page.

Frequently asked questions

What
is the difference between a patient concierge and a medical tourism
agency?

A medical tourism agency typically sells treatment packages and may
earn commissions from clinics. A patient concierge like
us sells coordination and advocacy only — we take no clinical
commissions and never recommend a procedure. Our loyalty is to the
patient, not the hospital.

Can I
book just one service instead of the whole journey?

Yes. Every service — airport transfer, admission, interpretation,
billing liaison, or recovery — can be booked on its own. There is no
minimum package.

Do you
operate at all Bali hospitals or only a few?

We coordinate across all major hospitals foreign patients use, in the
south and beyond. We are hospital-neutral; see our Bali Hospitals Guide.

How much do patient
concierge services cost?

Pricing depends on the stages and intensity of coordination required,
and we always quote in writing first. See our transparent 2027 cost
breakdown
.

How quickly can you start?

For emergencies, our line is staffed 24/7 and we begin immediately.
For planned care, contact us a few days to weeks ahead. Request a concierge to begin.

Will an
interpreter be available in my language?

Our core interpretation is English ↔︎ Indonesian. For other languages
we arrange qualified partners where possible — tell us your language
when you enquire.
